Qriska Audit is a platform allowing you to carry out all your audits digitally, in the office or in the field, produce professional reports in a few clicks and generate action plans based on these audits.

The Qriska Audit platform is a SaaS solution, accessible from any computer connected to the Internet, without installing anything. An Android application is also available for tablets and allows field audits to be carried out in offline mode. You can start your audits in the office and continue them on your tablet and vice versa.

The ergonomics and simplicity of the platform have been carefully worked on, in conjunction with users. The interface is easy and quick to learn. The training time to master the platform is reduced.

The auditor saves time and improves quality during the audit thanks to input aids, progress indicators, pre-recorded comments, display of history and the possibility of adding photos and documents for each audit point. On tablets, photos taken with the camera via the application are directly linked to audit points.

Automated report generation also saves considerable time. In just a few clicks, a professional quality report is generated based on an audit, in PDF or Word format. The latter includes the audit and all your comments, your photos, links to the files as well as graphs and summaries. Many customization options are available if necessary, allowing you to finely adjust the rendering of your reports.

Qriska Audit also allows the creation of deviation lists (or lists of non-conformities) based on the audits carried out and helps you identify faulty points. These gap lists can be sent to the Qriska ActionPlan module which allows you to build digital, dynamic and shared action plans. It becomes very simple to follow the actions to be carried out, to identify the tasks assigned to each person and to evolve the action plan if necessary.

Before the audit, the solution is also very flexible, capable of adapting to your business and your organization: you can, without special knowledge, deeply personalize your audit grids and sites, or use grids shared by other organizations. It is also possible to personalize the way in which you evaluate each point (inspection audits, compliance audits, audits with or without notes, etc.).

Sharing audit grids allows collaborative work between different organizations. It is also possible to involve customers by providing them with audit grids for carrying out self-audits, which helps build customer loyalty and offer them new services.
