Qriska Alert is an innovative real-time Bottom-Up alert solution. Entirely digital, the Qriska solution is made up of a smartphone application allowing geolocated alerts to be sent from the field and a reception center accessible from a control station on PC or telephone.

Wherever you are, whatever the time, you can send an alert in a few seconds from a simple and rich questionnaire, which can contain text, multiple choice lists, photos, audio, corresponding to the situation you are faced with (accident, aggression, natural disaster, public unrest, epidemic, malfunction, breakdown… and many others).

Qriska Alert complements existing systems: telephone, satellite telephone, radio, video surveillance. It provides an effective response, with each user becoming a sensor that instantly transmits information from the field.

From the reception center, it is possible to locate the alert in real time, contact the person who sent the alert, determine the route to get to the scene from where you received the alert (control center or telephone).

The questionnaires are very easy to develop; they automatically update on users’ phones as soon as they are made available. You can very flexibly define who can send the alert and who can receive it. You have extremely flexible geographic control to define the perimeter you want to monitor.

You can share your alert questionnaires with other organizations who will receive the alerts instantly at the same time as you, and who will thus be able to intervene in complementarity. The person who issued the alert will be continuously informed, on their phone, of the progress of their alert, whether their phone is turned on or off, thanks to a push notification system.

You can create summary reports automatically, print them and share them. Dashboards are updated in real time to monitor the evolution of alerts and their handling.

Applications can be downloaded on IOS or Android directly from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or via flash code. The data is stored on the cloud and protected; the reception app is also developed with cloud technologies and thus accessible worldwide.

Users are not tracked. The geographic location is only determined when the alert is issued, and they decide whether or not to transmit information about their identity, in particular to be called back; they can create an account or use an anonymous “Emergency” mode.

It is possible to use a private mode where only people who belong to your organization, or who you have invited, can “see” the alert questionnaires. These users have rights that are defined by one or more administrators. They can belong to groups to have common rights.

You can also use a public mode accessible to anyone present on the perimeter that you have decided to support, as long as this person has downloaded the application on their phone. The public mode is subject to a moderation system to guarantee the contents of the alert models and facilitate the use of Qriska Alert (duplicates, inappropriate content, etc.).
